I have been seeing both Shahil (Osteopath) and Peta (Massage Therapist) who are amazing. Each visit with Shahil is different. He assesses where I am feeling the most pain and tailors each treatment to work on the area required. I get immediate relief from pressure points, massage and manual adjustments.
