I have been coming to OsteoStrong for about a year and a half. I was diagnosed months before with osteoporosis. I didn’t want to take medication but I didn’t want to have brittle bones so I started on Fosomax. Within two weeks all my joints ached terribly (one of the side affects) so I discontinued it. I’m pleased with the osteostrong facility. I feel it is helping with my posture. It is impossible to tell at this point if it will increase my bone density. However, my review of the research is reassuring. I wish that it was open later on one more evening per week. It is always very busy when I come in the evening because it is not always open til 7 pm. I think EVERYONE would benefit from coming to osteostrong but especially folks with osteoporosis or diabetes. I love the PEMF treatments too. Highly recommend osteostrong.
