I have been attending OsteoStrong sessions for over a year. I also bring my 81 year old mom. I love that it's a non-invasive and non-prescription way to improve our bone density. I have been going to Osteostrong Tuskawilla for 5 months in an effort to improve bone density. Even though I am unable to have a bone density test until next year I am seeing amazing improvement in my strength. I broke my wrist a year ago and was told that due to my age (73) I would not regain the strength I had prior to the break.
