I have been attending OsteoStrong sessions for over a year. I also bring my 81 year old mom. I love that it's a non-invasive and non-prescription way to improve our bone density. I have been going to Osteostrong Tuskawilla for 5 months in an effort to improve bone density. Even though I am unable to have a bone density test until next year I am seeing amazing improvement in my strength. I broke my wrist a year ago and was told that due to my age (73) I would not regain the strength I had prior to the break. I started going to OsteoStrong 6 months ago when my knees started hurting, and because I also wanted to prevent Osteoporosis that runs in my family. Not only do my knees feel great, but the rest of my body does as well! The staff is both friendly and highly knowledgeable, and the other members I talk to each time I go are uplifting and great conversationalists. I always leave feeling both mentally and physically stronger. I highly recommend this service!
