I have been coming to OsteoStrong Torrance for 7 months, and have already noticed an improvement in strength and balance. I no longer use a cane for short distances, and have increased endurance in everyday activities. My last bone density test showed an 8% improvement in lumbar spine density. The staff are very helpful and motivating!! I have also made new friends with other participants. I would recommend this program to anyone wanting to improve bone density, strength, balance, and overall improved health.
