As an osteoporosis sufferer, I went to OsteoStrong instead of using medication. It’s a great place with a knowledgeable staff. And although I haven’t had a dexa scan yet, I feel stronger, more balanced, and focused!
I have been a member since last summer and I would highly recommend Osteostrong Sioux Falls East The trainers are so professional and they are with you every session, helping with technique and encouragement. Personally I have gotten stronger and my balance has improved. I am pleased and look forward to continuing the progress.
This is a great way to strengthen your bones in a short period of time. The staff at Osteostrong SF East are very friendly and helpful. The Hydromassage is the cherry on top!
OSTEOSTRONG east of Sioux Falls is a great facility. Kathy and the staff are very helpful and always encouraging and accommodating. It is also nice to have staff members who are healthcare educated, and are very helpful to educate more about the purpose of the Osteo strong machines in order to improve Osteoporosis. Just had my bone density scan and shows improvement. Thank you. Monica
