I’ve been going to OsteoStrong East for over a year now and have nothing but great things to stay. The staff are all friendly, well-trained and helpful. Doing the weekly workouts I am encouraged by my progress to increase my strength and bone density. This is a great way to care for yourself.
OsteoStrong has helped build strength in my legs, arms, and back. It is encouraging to see how much strength I continue to build. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming! I enjoy my weekly sessions.
