I was scheduled to have both knees replaced in 2024. I was getting shots every 3-4 months. I heard about OsteoStrong and signed up. That was two years ago. No more shots. Surgery cancelled. I have absolutely no pain in either knee. My balance has also improved 100%. OsteoStrong and their knowledgeable coaches have turned my life around.

Wow what wonderful friendly and professional staff. These guys are great and so very knowledgeable about bone health. I have noticed an increase in my mobility already. I am exited to see more improvement.

I have been going to Osteostrong East for about 10 months. The coaches are very helpful in providing encouragement in each of your sessions. The staff is so welcoming when I arrive for my session. I received a remscan this past May and it showed improvement from my initial osteoporosis diagnosis, upgrading to oeteopenia. I was emotional over the results that showed improvement in a short period of time. Hi! I have been going to Osteo Strong East for a year and 7 months. I enjoy it very much. The strength building machines are not hard to use and I add weight onto my pulls about every week. The instructors are helpful each time. I enjoy the vibration plates to warm up before I start the machines and after I am through using the machines. Then I use the vibrating leg boots with the available red light panel and protective eye coverings. I have belonged to OsteoStrong East for 18 months. I joined to improve my DEXA scan. My most recent DEXA scan was three months ago. It had been three years since my last one. The results were not as good as I had hoped even my PCP was surprised! Although it didn’t show my osteopenia was much worse. It didn’t show it was better as I had hoped however, what it did do was lead to more testing and an underlying diagnosis of hypoparathyroidism. .
