This lovely group of people that coach me through my fun session weekly are truely inspiring. I’ve been coming since Feb.2025. My last sono scan this summer showed an improvement when compared to the Dexa scan done last year. Super happy with my improvement.
(Posting under my husband’s account!) I’ve been attending weekly, Osteo Strong sessions for eight months and love the staff! Everyone is kind, patient and friendly, and they continue to be encouraging as I (hopefully) trigger bone growth! I recently underwent a REMS scan at the Tustin gym. Really nice facilities: clean, modern, and they have everything you need to make you bones stronger! Overall I really enjoyed being there, everyones is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend this center!
My mom started coming to Osteostrong last summer. I noticed her strength and stamina increase throughout the summer. She has improved her balance and she loves using the compression boots and red light to help with her inflammation!
