My wife Gena attended her initial complimentary consultation at OsteoStrong Reno and we were both thoroughly impressed. Marianne was exceptionally caring, compassionate and informative about all that OsteoStrong has to offer and made Gena feel very positive about enrolling and participating.
Two years ago my Dexa test showed a small spot of osteoporosis in my left lower arm. My doctor mentioned Osteostrong as an alternative to meds. I joined and started using the equipment once a week. At my last test this year, the Dexa showed that the spot on my arm is gone and a gain of bone density in my hips. I plan to stay with Osteostrong for as long as I can. The staff is professional, warm and care deeply for all the members. Highly recommended!
This -place is wonderful! Low-key, but specifically designed to help those of us who need to build up our bones...finally, a healthy approach to doing this, aided by machines that target our weak areas. The staff coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm so excited and glad to have this available in our area!
