Horribly rude. Disrespectful of my time. I drove across town for this appointment. The office sent automatic confirmation of my appointment last night. I called this morning 30 min before my appointment just to make sure everything was good. They told me there was a miscommunication in the office. The owner showed up 10 min late. No apology. Said the confirmation system was automatic and she did not know I was coming. Asked me to leave since I was irritated she was late. What?

My wife Gena attended her initial complimentary consultation at OsteoStrong Reno and we were both thoroughly impressed. Marianne was exceptionally caring, compassionate and informative about all that OsteoStrong has to offer and made Gena feel very positive about enrolling and participating.
Two years ago my Dexa test showed a small spot of osteoporosis in my left lower arm. My doctor mentioned Osteostrong as an alternative to meds. I joined and started using the equipment once a week. At my last test this year, the Dexa showed that the spot on my arm is gone and a gain of bone density in my hips. I plan to stay with Osteostrong for as long as I can. The staff is professional, warm and care deeply for all the members. Highly recommended!
