Osteo-Strong Huffaker Park is well worth the time and money. The staff are diligent, ensuring proper body position, encouraging, and always ask if everything feels ok before proceeding. They take the time to explain "why". They have been accommodating whenever I need to tweak my schedule. Highly recommend!
Great why to make your bone strong even if you’re old and going through osteoporosis or osteopenia. I’m 75 and started it about a year ago and I definitely know the difference. The great thing is if you are traveling within the states there are many osteostrong gyms!
I i’ve been going to Osteo Strong for close to a year now and I definitely feel the difference. I am continuing at an out of state facility so it is very convenient to keep up the work- even when you’re traveling, I strongly recommend any woman who is peri menopause and in risk of osteoporosis to do osteostrong! I am 75 and still going strong.
I loved OsteoStrong Reno! They are just wonderful people! And they care so very much about their clients! I learned a lot and felt so good about my muscle and bone strength gains! It was one the hardest things I had to leave behind when we had to move! There is nothing close to me now. Miss them!
