I really look forward to going once a week because it is something I believe is beneficial for my health and a great way to feel better about myself.
My first time at OstroStrong I walked in using a cane. Now I don’t. I had no balance at all. Now I’ve got some balance. I feel stronger too. All the employees are wonderful! They are polite, friendly, and they are helpful!
I love going to Osteo Strong. I have been going weekly for a little over a year and a half now. I can definitely see great improvement in both my strength and balance. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. I know you won’t be disappointed.
