Margaret was wonderful. She stays up to date on her training and is so helpful with best practices and form to help you get the most out of your experience. I traveled an hour and a half and it was well worth it.
I felt a difference the first day I did a consultation with OsteoStrong. I signed up and became member. Want to see what kind of results I get because osteopenia runs in my family.
