I have been going now for about 11 weeks ! I really like everything about osteostrong!! The staff , Connie , Nathan and Ian are wonderful and so knowledgeable!!! They walk you through every step of the way and really explain the program and the benefits!!! It’s such a pleasure to walk through the door and the atmosphere is top notch !!! I am so glad I started osteostrong and will definitely continue the program !!!
