Grateful for my Osteostrong family! I have been coming to Osteostrong since they opened. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my lumbar spine and since coming to Osteostrong my lumber spine has gotten better by 3.6 percent. I committed myself for 30 minutes a week for 1 year before adhering to any Rx medication for my progressive Osteoporosis. My dexascan after a year showed great improvement. The owners Kas and Sejal and all the trainers Jakob, Mike and AJ are all very well trained, knowlegeable and pleasant to work with. My Dr stated to me "Whatever you are doing keep doing it because you have reversed your Osteoporosis back to Osteopenia." Very caring staff and great facility. The coaches are top-notch people. Over time I was so surprised by how much stronger I got. I have osteopenia and made OsteoStrong part of my plan to help address that. When I started out, I had hip pain and discomfort, and that completely resolved after a few months of OsteoStrong.
I initially tried OsteoStrong because I wanted a safe, low-impact way to build bone density and improve my overall strength and I can genuinely feel the difference. My balance is better, my joints feel stronger, and I’ve gained confidence in movements that used to bother me. The staff is exceptional — they explain the science behind each machine, track my progress, and never rush me. The sessions only take about 10 minutes, which makes it incredibly easy to stay consistent.
I have been attending Osteostrong for over a year now. It has improved my bone density as confirmed by a recent Dexa scan. My posture, strength, flexibility, and balance has improved greatly. Everyone is amazing! Always friendly, helpful, and work to make everything work with my schedule. It is definitely worth it! My 90 year old mother is now attending!
