I can’t say enough good things about Osteostrong. I did my research prior to joining and I learned the science behind these specialized machines. I have noticed some dramatic improvement in my strength and balance. I also enjoy the special modalities they offer like red light, Beamer, etc…. Great people here and they really care about their clients. Highly recommend.
The staff is wonderful and motivational. Appointments start within 5 minutes of scheduled time. Office and equipment is very clean. They have many healing modalities and you choose what is in your package. I have been going a year and I feel myself gaining strength! It is too soon to know the impact on my DEXA.
OS Melbourne is an amazing health studio with the owners Kas and Sejal and their crew of expertly trained and caring staff. I’m a skeptical person, so I needed to prove to myself that OsteoStrong’s claims were valid. I had a DEXA scan the week I started OsteoStrong. I went to OsteoStrong every week but two for a year. Then I repeated the DEXA scan. My new scan showed that in one year my hip bones were 9.5% stronger and my lower spine was 19% stronger. Unbelievable results! I’m no longer skeptical, at least not about OsteoStrong…
I go to OsteoStrong Melbourne every week. The staff truly cares about its clients and the equipment and facility is constantly cleaned and beautifully maintained. These machines really do help with bone density. The time to do something about your bones is now - don’t wait for a Doctor to have to put you on meds.
