I've been attending Osteostrong in Manly for over two years now. I have to say that it is the highlight of my week. I love coming here. The team are all so lovely and welcoming. They encourage me to be my best self, despite my health challenges. Recently I developed a significant issue and they have all come around me to support me and be my village as I face the road ahead back to health. Thank you so much to Ashling and her amazing team of caring professionals!
OsteoStrong Manly is fantastic — modern, elegant, and welcoming. The owner and team are warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about every member’s progress. A special mention to Hannah, who explains posture and movement beautifully. She’s patient, kind, and deeply knowledgeable about the body. I always leave feeling stronger, taller, and inspired to keep going. Highly recommend!
I started at OsteoStrong at Manly about 4 weeks and I am really enjoying myself. I have a trained session coach with me, each time I attend to assist and guide me in using the specialised machines. My weekly sessions begins with stepping on the whole body vibration plates. I then use four machines which have been loaded with my required weights and exercises.
