Great experience. Staff very friendly. Best place to build stronger bones, all it takes is just 1 time a week. Highly recommend you check it out!

Great staff. No results yet but I seem to make progress on my strength output every week.
Anxious for my bone density test in November to see if this works for me. Really enjoy the staff, and it's even more fun that I take a friend when we visit every week.
