Love this place and what they can do for you! You need to check into this, if you are dealing with Osteoporosis/Osteopenia.
I have been going to Osteostrong for nearly a year and I have noticed a considerable improvement, especially in my balance. The staff is always, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They have also been very flexible with my schedule . I absolutely recommend Osteostrong and also recommend you let your primary care Dr or bone specialist about their services . We all need alternative Choices to look at for our health
Great staff. No results yet but I seem to make progress on my strength output every week. This review was done a year ago. Right now, I don't have dexa results yet but consistent weekly sessions are easy and painless. I see how much I'm pushing in lbs on the screen on the four machines and pre and post, we do some dynamic warmups and cool downs on the vibration pads. Great experience. Staff very friendly. Best place to build stronger bones, all it takes is just 1 time a week. Highly recommend you check it out!
