My mother is 71 and I just turned 50. Neither of us exercise much and knew our bone health was at severe risk. We found a video about OsteoStrong and was delighted there was a location in Huntsville, AL. We started February 2018 and my mother is in full Osteoporosis and I have Osteopenia. I was retested in June 2018 and am normal now after just 5 months.
