The staff at OsteoStrong (Hillcrest) are very knowledgeable and friendly. They encourage you to try harder every session. Zach and the other staff members take a personal interest in your progress and come up with new exercises/modalities to improve your strength.
I will be 80 this October and since going to OsteoStrong my balance and over all strength have greatly improved. I no longer take any medication for my Osteoporosis.
I had a wonderful experience with all these awesome people! They really work on the areas that need it. Cannot recommend these folk’s enough!!
I love this place. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I feel much stronger and my balance is better. No pain involved. I look forward to my visits.
