I have been a member of Osteostrong since June of 2021. I made a choice to join instead of taking medication for bone density. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. They treat me like family. Melissa is wonderful with scheduling and very pleasant to talk to. Renee and Dillon are great coaches with their encouragement and enthusiasm. I have been working with a Doctor since 12/22 after a spinal fx to improve osteoporosis without bisphosphonates. At first my T scores continued to decline. In Dec. 2023 Spine was -4.1, L fem neck -2.6, Left hip -2.3.
