It’s really impressive to learn all of the benefits that one will get by spending 5 to 10 minutes a week at this location. They have these unique equipments that are not available elsewhere. I’m hoping to get benefited by this program. Megan was very patient in answering all my questions. She also helped with setting up all the equipments as part of the orientation session.

I started my OsteoStrong sessions almost 2 years ago in Eden Prairie. The staff is always positive, encouraging and knowledgeable. I have become much stronger since starting my sessions, and look forward to continuing with OsteoStrong well into the future.
My wife and I started the Osteostrong program in Phoenix and continued in Eden Prairie. The staff here is friendly, helpful and flexible. We’ve seen measurable improvements in strength and believe this program can help anyone at any age looking to gain strength. Highly recommended!
