Great facility! I trained with Alex Moreno there and then moved out of town. Continue to train with him virtually! I would highly recommend him if you need a trainer!

I’ve been with OsteoStrong, Colleyville for 1 year and just had my annual DEXA scan with a 6% increase in my lumbar and a 3% increase in my hips. Yes, this is great; however, the results are with only 6 months on the program due to a pause for my total knee replacement recovery! Just think what it would have been without the pause!!! The staff are great and I will continue to improve my health and bone density with them ❤️
