I love it here. The owner, Debbie is knowledgeable, helpful. And so are the staff members Jennifer, Kelly and all of staff members are very pleasant, courteous, respectful, helpful. The place is also welcoming as kept clean. My BMD numbers have shown some improvement so far.
I decided to join just to maintain my bone density and strength and improve balance and posture. It has been less than 5 months so I haven’t re-tested yet but I am enjoying my sessions and all the additional services like Hydromassage, Redlight therapy, BioCharger etc. The coaches are great, I have worked with Jennifer, Kelly, Melissa and Susan and they all have different suggestions and hints that help you with correct form for best results. Hey After two DXA reports showed worsening osteopenia that had progressed to osteoporosis in my spine, my doctor recommended OsteoStrong.
