I've been attending Osteostrong since April and my strength has already started to improve. I actually feel more steady on my feet as well. I'm really enjoying it and the trainers are all friendly and helpful.
DO THIS!!! Seriously, osteoporosis is no joke and can lead to fatal hip fractures in elderly. In my quest to avoid this fate, I joined the Carrolton location, which I cannot say enough good about. Great staff, responsive ownership. But the program WORKS!! I had a bone density test done after doing 29 sessions. Even with a 3 month break I had to take for an unrelated medical problem, my bone density is better!! This is without meds and barely any supplements because I am a terrible supplement taker. I visited this place a couple years ago. Deb, set me on the PEMF therapy. It reduced my back pain to nothing. I continue to use the same therapy several times a week. Its a life changer. Thank you Deb and Osteostrong.
