I first met Dr. Deb at the Wellness Expo in Grapevine, where she gave an incredible talk on bone density and longevity. I have been going to Osteo Strong for 2 1/2 years now. My bone density, strength and posture has-improved greatly. The coaches are amazing! I have learned so much from Deb (she is a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to answer any questions I have. )
DO THIS!!! Another year and still getting better!! Seriously, osteoporosis is no joke and can lead to fatal hip fractures in elderly. In my quest to avoid this fate, I joined the Carrolton location, which I cannot say enough good about. Great staff, responsive ownership. But the program WORKS!! I had a bone density test done after doing 29 sessions. Even with a 3 month break I had to take for an unrelated medical problem, my bone density is better!!
