I would hope that anyone who has a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis would try Osteostrong before using any of the drug. There is such good information regarding nutrition, supplementation and strength training. I luckily found Osteostrong even before the Canfield location opened after being told I had osteopenia. I’m happy to report increases in bone density with every succeeding scan. My doctor, who thought it would be a waste of time at the beginning, now tells me keep doing what you are doing.
I went on Friday July 18. The coach was sweet. She showed me everything. Every one was nice. I feel this is really going to help me.
