From my first free session to my steady progress after two months of sessions, the staff treats everyone like family. Every one of us receives 100% attention from the owner and capable trainers. I'll be coming back as much as possible.

Absolutely love going to Osteostrong! The entire team is amazing and I love getting to pamper myself after with the hydromassage and air massage leg boots! I'm seeing growth in my strength, not only at Osteostrong, but also in my daily life. Impressed!

Was visiting Anchorage and was looking into wellness / fitness studios when we stumbled upon Osteostrong. Although we are not their typically clientele, Megan let us experience the world of Osteostrong! All the employees were so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and passionate about bone health! I learned a ton at my session and really appreciated everything I learned. Would highly recommend this location to anyone & encourage you to give it a try!
