It is a relaxed atmosphere with friendly positive staff. I really enjoy going there I have osteopenia and see my Z-scores improving. OsteoStrong is easy and I can see my bone strength improve as I go along. Plus I enjoy the red light therapy and other modalities that add to my health routine. I like that I can improve my bone density this way and the atmosphere, the staff and other patrons makes this a no-brainer for me.. I love going there.
I have been going about 6 months. Definite improvement in my balance and strength. Everyone is supportive and friendly. Looking forward to my next scan to see what improvement has been made in my bones.
I have been coming 1 time per week for 14 months and my latest scan showed big improvements in my bone density. The staff is friendly and professional. They have vibraplates and other therapies which they explain during the introductory visit. Easy to work with schedule changes and convenient location. Highly recommended!
