Awesome staff..I have seen increases in my overall strength and balance. It is an easy 1x/week session that focuses on builiding strength/performance in the upper, lower, core and postural regions of the body.
I have increased my strength by 78% since Jan. 2018. I look forward to my bone density scan in December and will report back the awesome results I know I will have! Great and knowledgeable staff! It’s the best thing I have ever done for myself!!
Super nice staff! I've noticed improvement in fibromyalgia pain & muscle tone after just a couple months. For those who are unable to do strenuous workouts, or who have been inactive, this really combats de-conditioning.
I just started and I do like the program. Everybody is so nice!!
I've just started. Been going about a month now and I am very pleased. The staff are wonderful and helpful and encouraging and I have had osteoporosis for 30 yrs now with some fractures and I am desperate to increase my bone density. I really feel OsteoStrong is going to help me do that. The water massage is sooooo wonderful. It is nice too that it only takes 10 minutes a week, not like having to go to the gym for 2 hours.
Great service, great people! I highly recommend it! Looking forward to see my progress in a year.
