Beware! I agree the experience when going for your scan is good. You do get your results right away, but I question the accuracy of the results. I had been on Evenity for 8 months when I got my scan done and it revealed remarkable improvements. They said I was in the osteopenia range. Then I went for my DEXA scan, although I did show improvements from my treatment, I was still considered osteoporosis. Not even close to osteopenia so who/what do you believe? I can't say enough good things about Osteosound. The information that is provided immediately after your scan is so much better than the scores that get dumped into your hospital mychart for a DXA scan. Learning both bone density and bone strength is so important, I can't believe that DXA is what is pushed by the medical community, which is often inaccurate and only tells part of the picture.
