2.5 stars rating indeed, Dr Robert Will got mad when I couldn't understand his writing and received unclear instructions. It is very hard to understand what he says. Dropped a small fortune just to be told that i can only obtain a medical report by paying another small fortune. Also the receptionists Cassandra and the one with glasses and short hair shared a mocking look with each other when I wasn't sure where the exit was, very unprofessional. Avoid this place.
Casandra is the most rudest receptionist I have ever come across and would definitely not be employed if she worked for me! Her care factor is absolutely non existent!
Rude receptionist, waited for an hour to see him then spent 5 mins with him and cost a fortune, never again
Dr Rob Will is so pleasant and knows his job. i was told 10 years ago I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and changed Rheumatologist's and they all told me something different. Then went to Dr Will and said I had PsA , and I'm happy with the results. Such a lovely man.
