Rude receptionist, waited for an hour to see him then spent 5 mins with him and cost a fortune, never again
Dr Rob Will is so pleasant and knows his job. i was told 10 years ago I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and changed Rheumatologist's and they all told me something different. Then went to Dr Will and said I had PsA , and I'm happy with the results. Such a lovely man.
Rudest secretaries ever, just dont bother calling
Recently I made an appointment to see Dr Will. I provided third party documents for him to fill anticipating it will be in consultation with me. I relayed a lot of information that would provide evidence to assist his form completion. Subsequently the third party organization called and stated it will have to be completed again as the report was insufficient and provided little or no information. A complete waste of my time. Be careful is my only advice. it would be no stars, however one star would act as a warning to others... read more
