I had my initial appointment with Dr Rob Will today. I am a physiotherapist and having working experience in the healthcare system, I am very picky regarding which providers I see for my own health. I found him very informative, talked me through my assessment and blood test results and how to manage my bone density moving forward. Very professional and I’d certainly recommend his clinic and services.
Taking my aunty here I would like to say I agree with the negative reviews below. This place is horrible and sad. Cassandra the receptionist is rude and unkind to their own clients. We are finding another surgery. The experience was unenjoyable and disappointing. Do not recommend
I could not have wished for a more comprehensive, knowledgeable and professional service as that from Dr. Rob Will. His experience and pleasant demeanour were on show at all times. A truly professional consultation. His staff were both knowledgeable and charming.
2.5 stars rating indeed, Dr Robert Will got mad when I couldn't understand his writing and received unclear instructions. It is very hard to understand what he says. Dropped a small fortune just to be told that i can only obtain a medical report by paying another small fortune. Also the receptionists Cassandra and the one with glasses and short hair shared a mocking look with each other when I wasn't sure where the exit was, very unprofessional. Avoid this place.
