I have had problems with my shoulders for years from my job and going to the gym daily. After my initial consultation Teri tailored a plan for me to strengthen my shoulders which I have been doing consistently and my shoulders have never felt stronger. I am pain free when lifting weights and very happy with the results. Would highly recommend!

Claire was so great with my grandma! She was struggling with a bad neck and headaches and within a day or two my grandma felt so much better after her treatment and doing her exercises she was told to do afterwards. My grandma has kept talking about how great she was with her so thank you so much! She’s like a new woman now :) & love how quick and easy it was to get an appointment.
Claire is a good, active listener. She identified where my aches and pain were swiftly and over a course of sessions improved my alignment and my suffering a great deal. Excellent treatment all round.
I have been benefitting from Claire’s expertise & care for several years. I’m 94 years of age and she certainly keeps me mobile. She is always pleasant & spots any problems that arise & gives them her full attention!
