After seeing Ila for the last few months, I can honestly say the difference in my well-being is night and day. There is something so safe and steady about her energy that allows you to truly drop in. Every time we do sacral and cranial work, I feel a massive shift and release (both physically and emotionally). She is a master of her craft and clearly loves what she does. Ila that day, then Leon the next. They diagnosed the problem, gave me amazing treatment and advice, and had me back on my feet in two days. I spent months searching for exceptional local bodyworkers, and then I found Osteopathic Sense, where I didn’t just find one, but three! Leon and Ila (both osteopaths) and Kei (remedial therapist) are all truly outstanding. I feel very lucky to have found this much skill and care in one place. Also, great reception staff.
