Marla is by far the best 1 on 1 personal trainer I have had the privilege of knowing. I highly reccomend her to anyone. I love that she develops plans specific for me and during our sessions, she is attentive and adjusts exercises if needed. Somehow she can make an insane workout incredibly fun and makes me want to come back for more. Going to see her in her boutique studio after work has been the highlight of those days because I always left the session worked but refreshed and feeling positive.
When training with Marla I discovered muscles I didn’t even know I had !! Her personalized approach to health and fitness resulted in me having an increased sense of well-being, confidence, and energy !! I cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life!!!!
