Lorena is truly a wonderful osteopath! She creates a safe and welcoming environment, and always takes the time to understand and address your physical restrictions. I always leave my appointments feeling so much more relaxed ☺️
Lorena is so kind and attentive. I came to her with a really bad sports injury and she has helped me tremendously through it. Each session I get excited to see how much tension will be released from my body. It takes a village and i’m really glad I found Lorena. She has healing hands!
Lorena had been wonderful in helping me heal from my running injuries. Even after my injuries have healed, I still go back for follow up appointments, as she brings my body back into alignment. Each session begins with you describing any issues you may have. She is very attentive and never makes you feel silly. She then works on various exercises based on what you described. I highly recommend Lorena.
I’ve tried chiropractors, physio, massage and acupuncture to relieve lower back pain with moderate success. Lorena has taken my pain relief to a whole new level. Strongly recommended.
