I am a pole dancer and aerialist and last June 26th I was doing pole tricks - brokendoll to j’allegra which I am able to do even before and also that day. But the next day, waking up I felt pain on my left shoulder especially when I extend my left arm, I thought it will just go away, I used cold compression, put ointment for muscle pain, then 2 weeks passed still painful, so I went to a physiotherapist, but still painful and it has been 3 weeks already. Edited.. Had two sessions so far, felt little better but not out of the woods yet. Hopefully with few more sessions, my mobility will be restored.
