Very knowledgeable and thorough. Very kind physician. Office staff is very nice and helpful as well.
I recently visited Dr Ostendorf’s office. First thing I noticed was the outside door was super dirty. Then the second door was dirty. As I enter what was once - top of the line - I began to look at the waiting area. It to had not had any cleaning. Proceeded to the interior room to wait on Dr. The floors was super dirty. Don’t get me wrong we are all experiencing a cut back a little less than we had prior to Covid but….. there is no excuse for doctors offices to be this filthy. I wood not recommended going hear at all. This place is all about money. Sent me through all kinds of test and still could not tell me what was wrong with me!!!! I have been out of pocket over $550 dollars. Then they send me a bill for $45 dollars but can't tell me why considering I paid my deductible each time I went in. Now I am having to go to Birmingham to a real Dr. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
This guy is a joke to say the least I've had chronic sinus issues for years. Have some issues with my vehicle so I was seeing a really good doctor in Birmingham who suggested a clean out on my sinuses due to two bacterial infections going on in there that antibiotics really don't touch. And also I'll be antibiotics it been way away in Birmingham and me not being able to get there I decided to see this guy. He spent all of 5 minutes with me and told me I had neck issues that there was nothing wrong with my sinuses. It is sad ... read more
