I don't know what happy juice ol' aj is drinking, but let me present some simple facts ..the furnace below my basement was built in thec30's.the pipes had a hole big enough to stick a leg into.windows are so drafty in the winter that it was a log rolling balancing act to pay my rent and utilities too .at least half of the outlets didn't work .whenever I got the owner's attention, he would literally dodge me like there was a sniper he saw on the roof ---'gotta go take this phone call'kind of thing.water pressure got so weak a... read more

Buyer BEWARE!! This guy, Tom Ostendorf is a thief. We gave him a deposit in good faith - signed nothing. We asked for our deposit back the next day. He had already cashed the check. It took us 3 months to get a response from him, in an effort to get our money back. He then deducted $175 bucks for showing the apartment (who does this?) and filling out a pre-templated contract- which we never saw nor signed! Very unethical, unprofessional and outright thievery. The Management is wonderful. I have lived in their housing for two years now, and have never had a conflict with Tom and his crew. They are very hands on, and are always there when needed, and I promise you don't get that at a lot of places now a days.
