I have used Osteens a few times over the years. Their quality of work is unsurpassed in my opinion. Taking care that their customers are completely satisfied and happy are always their main concern. George and his staff are great people to deal with and do whatever they can to make you know that you the customer are important!

Bad faith! My insurance company gave him my car on April 5, He had never answered the phone for 4 months, He answered the phone once after 4 months and told me he got all parts and can finish it in 2 weeks. But he lied to me, he never touched the car. After 5 months, when we tried to take the car to another bodyshop, he tried to force us to pay for storage as the Insurance company told me.
