Do not take your vehicle here, this man will lie to you nonstop. He is not a good person I had a truck sit there for two years! Trying to get in touch with him was awful never answers the phone and never calls you back. I had a truck there for two years and was told several times it was being worked on dude lied the whole time the truck sat in the exact same spot it was when I dropped it off. 1 star for lack of communication thru the process. But when I made contact the owner/son we talked for a bit, very very nice people. Took extremely long to get an engine replaced in my truck though. But it’s done and I will see how it works. Unfortunately . They are temporarily closed and sold the property the shop sits on, and are retiring from this shop. Not sure if we will see them in another shop! Good luck guys

I have used Osteens a few times over the years. Their quality of work is unsurpassed in my opinion. Taking care that their customers are completely satisfied and happy are always their main concern. George and his staff are great people to deal with and do whatever they can to make you know that you the customer are important!
