Very friendly.
Had a vehicle towed, was never informed of a bill to come back and get. Called multiple times over the course of the first year and was told there is nothing they can do about it. Now 2 years later, it’s considered abandoned, and appears to have been picked through and parted out. $2500 set of wheels gone within the first year. Poor customer service, would not recommend. NOT A SINGLE payable invoice or bill was sent.
