The movers were excellent. The real issue is the person running the business. When I tried to keep things professional and said maybe it was just a miscommunication, no harm no foul, he shot back with “yo I don’t miscommunicate.” That response tells you everything you need to know about the way this business operates. Couldn’t be happier with Jacob and his team. We had Meghan, Stu, and Key who loaded our stuff from Maryland and two of them unloaded/set up for us in New Jersey. They did it all in one day with care, and the price is reasonable and no hidden fee like others mentioned. Reviews are solid because the movers are phenomenal… the sales team and the owner… not so much but if you enjoy endless back-and-forth, shifting stories, and promises that vanish faster than accountability, and staff who act surprised you expected what was agreed—this place is perfect for you.
Jacob and his team are courteous, professional and extremely hard working. They handled our multi-city move with storage seamlessly. Our furniture was treated with care and everything was delivered without so much as a scratch. We would highly recommend OSSL Moving & Storage and if the opportunity arises we would use them again.
If you’re looking for a moving company these guys are it! Jacob and his guys are some of the friendliest people out there, hardworking and fast at what they do. Highly recommend using their business you will not be disappointed!
