My wife and I come to this office every year. They always take good care of me and her. She just had a visit with Dr. Nicholson who is so kind and knowledgeable. My wife is very picky, but they found her a good frame for her sunglasses and she was able to reuse her favorite frame for her regular glasses. We are always well taken care of by everyone there.
I highly recommend this office. Dr.Nicholson and her amazing staff were super helpful with explaining what things meant and just making this what normally in my opinion is a super pain time consuming process into a quick easy process. I was in and out within 30-45 mins. When it was time to pickup my glasses no complaints at all everything was clean and as a glasses wearing person I got a new rag and cleaning spray. Definitely my new spot to get glasses
Dr. Nicholson and her staff are awesome!! She took her time with me during my exam and was patient with me when we were trying to determine my new prescription and what felt right. Jess was awesome at check in and made sure to explain everything. I am one of those people that struggles with picking new glasses every year and they made it a breeze. I had an issue with my glasses today, things were looking very bleak, but luckily I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Maurice! He was very compassionate and understanding, doing everything he could to help. Perfection in customer service. Thanks to Maurice, he really turned a bad day around.
I finally made the move to progressive lenses for the first time and Maurice did a phenomenal job explaining how they work, the adjustment period, the different size lenses I’ll need to target Vs my current narrow lens, and recommendation on style and fit. Great customer experience!
