Very displeased. Lenses were ordered incorrectly to begin with, then I was told I’d receive them by a certain date and they’ll actually be almost a week late when I can’t even see properly. The people that assisted were very friendly, but I’m living day to day with headaches because my glasses aren’t right.
I come here through my job and I had a terrible experience in 2019 but I came back again and I had Tori who was fantastic! I'll continue to come to this location.
Tiffany was Amazing to work with in Mishawaka Mr eye Dr me and my family was so comfortable picking out our glasses she has an amazing personality. Thank you again.
Took my wife and daughter here to get glasses. Daughter's glasses showed up two weeks later. Called about my wife's glasses after a month and kept getting the run around. No one knew where they were or what was happening ). Had them cancel. I just received a bill in the mail for additional charges for my daughter's glasses from a month and a half ago. Never in my life have I had an optometrist charge me again after the fact. I would give you zero stars if I could. Received yet another bill from this terrible company. You guy... read more
