Jessica was absolutely amazing. She took care of my daughter with care and she was very friendly.

Maybe the worst customer service I've ever seen. I walked in and was completely ignored for 15 minutes, despite the fact that that I was trying on some of their most expensive frames and there was at most one other customer. The guy at the "reception” desk never acknowledged me and another dude *right next to where I was trying on frames* just kept staring at his computer, saying nothing, studiously avoiding eye contact. Took a month to get my glasses in. Was told 2 weeks. Had an excuse every week. Frames were oakley sunglasses fitted with perception leses. Should have got the original lens that came with the frames, but did not. For the cost of them should never took that long. Found out later they had the script for one eye way off. Explained why I could not see that good
I have been coming to this location for a few years and the staff and Dr. Gifford have always been so kind and extremely helpful, especially with my daughter who has special needs. I recommend them to everyone.
