In 1952, Dr. Kenneth Ossip started a small family optometry practice in Indianapolis. He dedicated himself to having the best practice in the country. His mission: To help his patients see a better world. Today, Ossip is still in the family and remains a strong leader. We are consistently one of the first systems in the US to employ new, industry-leading equipment. This enables us to offer patients access to state-of-the-art eye care technology no other eye care provider can offer.

They never answer the phone. I’ve tried making an appointment for over a week now and they do not answer during business hours. Very unprofessional

They didn't answer my call when it was only an hour before closing time. How annoying and unreliable. I tried both numberes (0 and 1) and no one answered. I called (1) multiple times and got fed up and ended up calling (0). After that, I called (1) again and of course there was no answer. It was a total waste of my time. If one was to have an ocular emergency, or wants to call an optometrist to arrange an eye appointment, then this is not the place to call an hour before closing time.
My husband and I have worked with folks at The Eye Doctors/Ossip on multiple occasions for ourselves and our children. The staff have always been courteous, friendly, and professional. They've helped the entire family select frames that are both attractive, on-trend, and age appropriate. Our completed orders always arrive faster than promised. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
