Erica is absolutely amazing! Every year she picks out my glasses and nails it everytime. She is caring and attentive. Simply the best!
The staff and service overall was pretty good. It's a nice facility with modern equipment and was generally pretty comfortable. I would rate at 5 stars except there was one unacceptable issue. I had my glasses lenses and sunglasses lenses replaced. I sent off my glasses with them and they sadly came back with some damage to the frame. I asked if there was anything that could be done and was told that they don't guarantee your glasses won't be damaged when they send them off for lense replacements.
