I don't post reviews that often, but I feel my recent visit to this office for an eye exam/contacts warranted a review. I was easily able to make an appointment online two days prior; there were a variety of appointment times available. When I arrived, every staff member at the Carmel office was so friendly and helpful! I've been a patient of Dr. Avila's for close to ten years. There's a reason I've stuck with her - she genuinely cares and shows interest in her patients, their well-being, and understanding of their condition, eyesight, etc. Today specifically was such a great experience. I had a medical condition flare-up, and Dr. Avila and her staff got me in the same day, quickly got me taken care of, and immediately found me a pharmacy that had a difficult medication to find (and pay for) at a fraction of the cost.
