Worst service I have ever had . No one explained the cost of the exam . 300$ AFTER insurance for a simple eye exam . After attempting to get our money back we were told no . I WOULD NEVER GO HERE! No one explained any of the prices prior to exam .
My son got a little bit hot water splash in his eye form making tea. My kids go to Fishers pediatrics upstairs in the building referred him down stairs never been there before and had to wait but we didn't have a appt or anything they were nice enough to get us in and fix his eye issue. Today, had to wait long time but I didn't have a appt. they were nice enough to get me in again. I had something in my eye I couldn't at all get out and they did they got it out. Chrissy was extremely rude and unprofessioable. She has no business dealing with the public. She also doesn't do her job thoroughly inconviencing the patient. Since Dr. Zeh is no longer in the office on a regular basis like he once was the service has gone extremely downhill. I'll be looking for another eye care provider.
Without a doubt the most unprofessional company I have every dealt with.The level of incompetence is beyond belief. I will never deal with them again.
