A simple ask of the front office to provide an “expired” eyewear prescription. My eyesight has not changed. They stated HIPPA guidelines which I informed them was incorrect. They stated they could print it out and then I would need to come in. Refused to give it over the phone because it was expired which makes no sense. They just want to make more money. Optometrists are great but their staff are horrible and condescending.
