Full service dealership, very friendly and professional. Large inventory of machines. Don't waste your time at big box stores or online. Get personal service from someone that knows what his product is and return there for parts or service if necessary. I've purchased equipment from them in the past and will continue to in the future.
Service is as reliable as it gets. Pete,Vinnie, and Jessica are great. Bought a snow blower from them years ago when I knew nothing. Then a chain saw, power washer and a tractor. They are always responsive and do the right thing if you do right by them. Buy local. They are the best around.
Pete and his team is incredible. I bought a brand new Ariens snow thrower from a big box store a couple of weeks ago, and when it came time to use it, despite following the instructions and trying everything I could find, I was unable to get it to start. The store was no help, Ariens support was no help (I couldn't get a hold of anyone and the online/phone support system set me in a loop), but Ossining Lawn Mower was an authorized dealer and 5 minutes from me so I decided it was worth it to give them a call.
