Had an electrical issue that two other mechanics couldn’t fix but Ossie’s got it and inspected my vehicle. Thank you.
I went to this shop and they tried charging me $800 for an alignment and an hours worth of work and wasted my whole day to tell me at 3:30 how much so I had no choice but use them. I never had the work done and fixed my truck myself in front of my house in an hour. Bunch of crooks never again. They have a horrible reputation but I figured how bad could they be? Absolutely horrible.
Serviced here due to location convenience and found the shop lives up to their reviews! Professional, polite, and not in the business to “jerk you around” like other car repair places. I felt they were honest, knowledgeable, and fair in pricing. Even Lenae in the front office was amazing and supportive. Highly recommend
I’ve been there a couple of times and they provide quick service. The staff is friendly and explains everything clearly before working on your car, even offering helpful advice for free. I was doing some DIY work today and called them for guidance—they were very helpful and walked me through it.
My 2009 Infiniti g37 had a water leak and a wireing issue witch was causing the car not to start my guy Ian a master tech helped me out a crap ton saved me 100s and I mean 100s of dollar in modules and computers for the car he was verry transparent about what needed to be done and tested to fix also gave me options on how I could fix it depending on my funds I recommend this shop to everyone on Long Island guys are reliable knowledgeable and trustworthy 5 starts to you guys great work and thanks for fixing my car any issue c... read more
