Beware of this contractor, he doesn’t Pay his subs. No payment on 2 jobs we performed at the same time. Can’t believe the licensing board hasn’t come for him yet. Company has very poor grasp of commercial construction. Subs beware.
It was such a pleasure working with Ossi Construction during this hard time. They came in with a great attitude and team of great workers. They were so professional and hard working that it gave us hope. That had us at ease throughout the entire process which made my husband and I so comfortable. I hired Ossi Construction during the storm we just had and I had a complete mess. Ossi came through with his team and provided the best price, the best value and they were VERY professional. I have been in the industry for over 25 years as an electrician and I will be using Ossi to put my home back together. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't believe the bad reviews on here. There is always 2 sides to every story. I have had a great experience.
Ossi was great to deal with! I had 5 other company's come to my business to do a flood cleanup and they tried to price gouge me majorly. Ossi came in and was very informative about the proper protocol and steps that need to take place. Very detailed! There's a total of 2,700 square feet and all furniture was destroyed, 4ft of drywall had to be removed all around and the tile floors needed to be properly cleaned. They did an excellent job and had everything properly dried out and treated! I highly recommend them!
My personal experience was professional and well communicated. Organized and transparent.
