Business must be good when you refer my husband to your website, who went in to your store to inquire about your rates and services today. You lost a potential customer who was genuinely interested in your business. Nice.
Been to this location 3 times over the months the first 2 visits were to be expected and fair but received bad customer service tonight. Will not be promoting this business to my customers or anyone for that matter.

Great place to shoot for the novice to the expert class. Helpful and knowledgeable staff with reasonable ammo and gun prices. Great promotional events The best indoor range in MN. Female friendly atmosphere where the wife or girlfriend will feel comfortable and at ease in the usually male dominant sport of shooting.
I was there yesterday morning. The lanes were very nice. The customer service left a lot to be desired. I wanted a lane next to two other shooters I was with. The lady said "no more side by sides available!" Well ok, fine. Got my lane - 13 - in another room from my buddies. 12 was open. My buddies were shooting in the first room. They had open lanes on either sides of them. After we were done and went to check out, the fat old guy looks at me and says he'd be right with me. Great place and great people that run it! The staff is helpful and makes sure everyone stays safe. The facilities are clean and are much better than other ranges I have used. I will definitely be back.
