HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Management/Staff is extremely rude and have completely unacceptable customer service!! Purchased online, never received confirmation but PAYMENT WAS TAKEN FROM BANK - attempted to call numerous times, no answer - emailed as requested on their voicemail, no response. After having someone stop physically in their store, I received a call back from the same number I called for days. I have very minimal knowledge of firearms, but have been considering taking lessons and possibly purchasing. Then recently I met Lisa who works at the rental counter and she was SO knowledgeable and helpful! I look forward to several visits to OGC in the near future!!!
I went to the Osseo gun club so my son could try out a rifle or two for hunting season. Lisa at the rental counter was super nice and helpful. she even put my son at ease about his first time firing a rifle. it was a great experience and lisa helped to make it one.

Very knowledgeable staff and great environment! I was referred by Lisa who works in rentals to take the Ladies Only Intro to Pistol and after that I completed the Ladies Only CC Class. Thank you Lisa for referring me to a wonderful range with great staff!
Not sure if my post made it in but, I’d recommend the Osseo Gun Club shooting range to anyone who is looking for a great, modern, safe place to practice with a firearm. They have all the greatest classes, guns and ammo. There is a wonderful woman who works behind the counter, I believe her name is Lisa......she is very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve brought people that have never shot a firearm before an everything went just fine. It’s a great place, close to home.....
Fantastic service and knowledgeable staff, Lisa was great with helping me with all my questions about various handgun manufacturers,models and calibers. I could not recommend Osseo Gun Club enough. I will definitely be back for that Christmas present. Thanks again Lisa for making my visit hassle free and welcoming.
I stopped in to find a new holster and inquired about range info. Jason helped me pick out a nice IWB for my pistol. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I’m bringing in a couple buddies to sight in rifles this weekend. Great place and friendly staff.
