Very satisfied with customer service and repair time. Services Writers seem to be on top of their game. Osseo Ford and Toycen Ford are the only Ford dealerships I'd take my vehicles to.

Went there for a couple plastic covers to be fixed found out had another recall so they worked on that also only to watch the guy working on the car sat and talked to his buddy for 20 minutes while I was watching him though the window unbelievable got there at 7 am and left at 9 am never again I'll go to Eau Claire Ford from now on

Even though it was a long 2.5 hour visit, your service and expertise was much appreciated after our check engine light unexpectedly was flashing on interstate. After calling multiple places at 4pm on a Friday, the perserverance paid off and your team drove an hour for the part. Thank you!
