Went there for a couple plastic covers to be fixed found out had another recall so they worked on that also only to watch the guy working on the car sat and talked to his buddy for 20 minutes while I was watching him though the window unbelievable got there at 7 am and left at 9 am never again I'll go to Eau Claire Ford from now on

My husband and I were passing through Ossea as we were on our way to North Dakota for work and out of the blue our check engine light came on. We came into Quick Lane and every single person was so helpful and quick to help us. Not only did they figure out the problem within minutes but their customer service was amazing! If we are ever in the area we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend
