El martes pasado llamé para una cita de extracción mi cita me la dejaron un martes 3:30 maneje 35 minutos para llegar estuve tocando el timbre no abrieron les llamé no contestaron les dejé mensaje ni me llamaron de regreso fue desepsionante pérdida de tiempo
Hace un año fui a que me hiciera un trabajo de ortodoncia quedaron de regresarme lo que me sacaron cuando el seguro pagara y hasta la fecha no me an reembolsado lo que me deven
I don't think this practice is still in business. I've called and left multiple messages the past two weeks. Also sent email. There is no response. If they are still open they have the worst receptionist in the world.
Went in for an exam in May. Was told they were going to send it out to the insurance company and get back to me. Haven't heard from them since. They won't answer my phone calls or return my messages. Wasted my time having me come in there in the first place 👎👎👎
