My experience at OSS has been an extremely positive experience. The entire team is not only knowledgeable & friendly, but actually care. My doctor is involved in my treatment, my PT team is always willing to work with me and provide the best treatment possible. I went there for a physical and I was fully clothed the whole time and I even asked the doctor about a problem I was concerned about and just said we can send you somewhere else. What is it with doctor's now are there new medical rules that don't allow a patient to be undressed for a physical? The physical took about 5 minutes and they charge $150 for a office visit. so my blood pressure was checked and listened to my lungs asked about medications and that's about it. guess I'll have to find a more thorough doctor now. I was there for a meniscus tear, from the time I walked In there the staff from beginning to the end were very professional and kind,took time to talk to you explaining everything. Dr King is amazing patient and kind easy to talk to.
I just had my first appointment with Carol Henderson, and she was wonderful! I have a lot of anxiety about doctors and healthcare, all of it really scares me, but Carol with supremely patient, friendly, professional, warm... I really felt like she listened to me and my concerns, and her attitude and demeanor were truly exceptional. I don't feel judged for my present state of health at all, and the visit inspired a great deal of trust. I'm really glad I went to Carol, and I am optimistic about my healthcare moving forward.
