Timely, caring service.
My experience at this practice was extremely disappointing. The doctor displayed a level of unprofessionalism that is unacceptable in any setting—especially in healthcare. His demeanor was consistently rude, impatient, and unnecessarily harsh, not only toward patients but also toward his own staff. Respect, clear communication, and basic courtesy should be the standard, not the exception. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
